The Mayor of Chevigny-Saint Sauveur has announced that he will ban alternative school lunch menus that exclude pork, to promote secularism. Mayor Michel Rotger is a French conservative who is saying ‘NO’ to accommodating Islamic tyranny, insisting secular values be upheld in public schools in Chevigny- Saint Sauveur.

Mayor Michel Rotger, a member of the conservative Republican party, said the move would promote secularism but would also save the local government money saying ‘alternative menus’ led to too much waste, L’Express reports.
“We are putting an operation in place so the children eat everything and their diets are balanced. There is too much waste so we will teach them to eat meat, be it poultry or pork,” Rotger said.
Parents of children who attend schools in the town, which boasts a population of around 10,000, were informed of the mayor’s proposal in a letter. The letter said the pork menu would promote the “ideas of secularism” and that only those with medical allergies would be able to opt out.”

I have to agree with the mayor. If parents want their children to follow religious guidelines at school then they need to pony up the cash to send their children to religious schools.

Or they could pack them a lunch.
A good decision. Not that France will allow it to stand until the next semester begins but it was good while it lasted.
Good for them, right up until this guy gets arrested and hauled before an EU tribunal for inciting “Islamophobia”.
At that point, the EU oligachs would do this guy a favor by letting their ISIS buddies burn him alive in a steel cage.

So, just out of curiosity: What do you think about any Jewish kids having to be served pork?
They don’t have to eat it. Just like the Muslims don’t.

They would probably just opt out, or just refuse to eat lunch in school. At least the Jewish population won’t go on a murderous rampage at the slightest perceived wrong like the muslims surely will.
Like it would really matter anyway. How many Jews are there left in France anyhow? I thought that they would have jumped off of that sinking ship long ago.
Are they prohibiting anyone from bringing their own lunch?
