I have been making the same points to my customers for years. The hackers of today are no longer some kid in mom’s basement. They are organized criminals.
Go to some of the former East Bloc states and you find a) very intelligent people, b) excellent universities, and c) a dearth of real job opportunities.
All of which is a perfect set-up for organized crime.
