With President Donald Trump’s nominees on their way to the Senate, labor and employment attorneys say the National Labor Relations Board is poised to roll back regulations with its first Republican majority in nearly a decade.

Management-side attorneys and anti-union advocates are hopeful Obama-era regulations will be scuttled in favor of business-friendly practices.

Actually it was pretty much worthless. Curious to know what others think when they click on your link. Maybe I’m missing something...

Thank you!! Kept the following reminder taped to desk for decades as a reminder of the need for focus on ideas, not the petty:
"Great minds discuss ideas
Average minds discuss events
Small minds discuss people"

Lots of paywall stuff gets posted here plus this crap that demands you turn off ad blocker, which I refuse to do.

But at least in this case it is good news, not just the daily blog pimpage, so thanks catnipman for giving us the gist of it.

Best thing NLRB could do is repeal all regs and then close up shop.

“Best thing NLRB could do is repeal all regs and then close up shop.”

Agreed.

Donald Trump is really changing things for the better. The Bushs, father and son, were mere caretakers. To his credit, George Bush Sr. oversaw the collapse of the Soviet Union, that Reagan brought about. (Clinton came in and gave the Russian government money, but it was too late.). George Jr. was not a bad President, in my opinion. But, as a moderate “compassionate conservative,” he failed to fight Dodd and Franks (and Obama) as they financed the mortgage give-aways that almost brought down the country. Of course, Obama was a disaster. So now we have a President that knows which way is up and who is taking us there.

And George Jr. refused to defend himself and the Republican party over any and all charges made by the Rats/MSM.

Aw come on! The Booshes were a passel of worthless globalist turds to whom the rest of us were thought of as “the help.” TG the country didn’t elect “Little Yebbie this past election. Hopefully, we’ve seen the last of them all. We were as ill-served by them as we were by Clingon and Obola. They should not be being given “their due” as decent, good presidents because the cold light of history shows us that they weren’t anything of the kind. About the only good thing you could say about “W” is that he was less bad than his RAT alternatives at the time but his old man should be pilloried for his single-handed efforts to undo everything that RR did. Personally, I wouldn’t pi$$ on either of them if I came upon them on fire!

That is true. I’m thinking of the whole Iraq, “stockpile” of WMD thing. In refusing to defend himself, he failed to defend the Republican party, and, most importantly refused to defend America.

At one point he asked the rhetorical question: is the world better off without Saddam Hussein? He thought the answer was obvious, and he would just leave it up to history to decide.

He was not elegant or energetic in his defense. I guess he thought he didn’t need to be. In his defense, he could not defend every crazy Democratic party blame directed towards him.

After Obama’s total mishandling of Iraq, it is not clear that the world is better off after getting rid of Saddam Hussein. I put the blame on Hussein Obama. About the only sincere thing I’ve heard him say is that he loves the Muslim call to evening prayer.
