Voter Registration Changes Since Nov (5 Battleground States)
various secretary of state websites | 7/7/2017 | LS

Posted on 07/07/2017 11:39:36 AM PDT by LS

As many of you know, I've been tracking voter registration changes since November in 11 battleground states. In some rust belt states, the population is decreasing, so both parties may see a decline, but the numbers represented below, whether actual increase or decline are the NET gains of Republicans over Democrats since November.

PA Rs +104,000 (this is one of the states in decline, but Ds are falling much faster. This represents an additional net R gain of 2k in just a month.

NM Rs +11,218

NC (these numbers only came up recently) Rs +61k

AZ Rs +9,200 (this is a gain of an additional 4k net just in the last month).

FL Rs +49k (FL has seen a consistent shift to Rs since November).

I will soon update IA, ME, DE, MD, CO, and NV

Several states---VA, MN, MI for examples---do not register by party, so tracking in this manner is not possible.

The DemonRats are trying to gain citizenship for as many 'immigrants' as possible in an effort to COUNTER TRUMP DEPORTING ILLEGAL ALIENS WHO OF COURSE VOTE DEMONRAT.

That's my take.

I'm a registered voter in PA. Just changed my voter registration to non-affiliated. Was registered Republican to vote for Trump, then I saw his budget proposal online to cut the COLA (Cost of Living Allowance) for retired federal and postal employees (I'm in that category) and this shocked me. The fact the government plans to give a COLA to Social Security recipients and federal and postal retirees is recognition that the inflation rate has increased. But why should the government punish federal and postal retirees (and incidentally, NOT punish Social Security recipients, not that I want to see them punished either) by giving us a COLA of one percent and Social Security recipients a COLA of 1.5 percent.

A month ago, I emailed my two Senators (one Democrat, one Republican), my Congressman (Republican), and the White House via their government websites, and I have not heard a thing, which tells me they are determined to go ahead with this and punish me and other federal and postal retirees unjustly. That's how they think about old people.

Therefore I have changed my voter registration back to non-affiliated. My only prayer now is, Dear Lord, please don't let them hurt us/me anymore. I didn't vote for President Trump to have his administration turn around and punish me. My federal retirement check is the only check I receive. I don't have enough quarters for Social Security and if I did, my social Security check would be reduced by two-thirds to compensate for my federal retirement check, it's called the Government Pension Offset. You all can have two full retirement checks, from your employer and Social Security, but not federal and postal retirees. You can double dip but not us. And then the administration continues to look on federal and postal retirees as leeches. Right now I feel numb about the whole political process.

You don't have enough work credits to qualify for Social Security, THEN WHAT ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT? Just feel fortunate that you DO qualify for your EMPLOYER'S retirement pension BECAUSE MANY OLDER PEOPLE AND NEARLY ALL YOUNGER WORKERS DO NOT GET A RETIREMENT PENSION OF ANY KIND FROM THEIR EMPLOYER!!

Sheesh! I thought one of the differences between Demoncrats and Republicans is THAT REPUBLICANS FOCUS ON WHAT'S GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY AND NOT JUST THEMSELVES PERSONALLY.

This reminds me of the DemonRat gay voter who votes on every issue based on how it affects the gay community WITHOUT ANY REGARD TO HOW IT AFFECTS CHILDREN OR OUR CULTURE AS A WHOLE.

Great news! I don't see Trump losing any battleground states that he won in 2016. In fact, he's probably solidifying those states.

I would be interested in seeing the MN numbers, it was quite close in 2016 and a Republican presidential candidate hasn't won there in ages. Would not be surprised to see Trump win MN in 2020 and that would really piss off Al Franken.

In KS, one may register as independent however, to vote in a primary election, one must then choose a preference of R or D.

They must then go back to reregister as independent as once they declared a party preference, that's what their preference became.

Let’s hope the trend is the same for other states.

Trump would have Minnesota if not for the Democrat fraud and illegal votes. The good news is there is great pressure on illegal and fraud voting. The illegals are either deported, have left on their own or, are too frightened to try to vote illegally!!! This will occur in many states.

The California Democrat Party fraud & illegal vote will drop like a heavy stone thrown into the ocean.

Are the net gain (for republican party) based on net republican - net democrat?
