Concurrences and dissents are good.

I sure wish Assange would release the evidence that Obama blackmailed Roberts with.

Roberts should have been impeached long ago.

He led the Court’s claim that the government can commandeer businesses and individuals and compel them to contract... he’s a moral and intellectual degenerate.

I’ll bet you Roberts would never utter such bullshit if Scalia were still around.

There remains a lot of wet work yet to be done in draining the DC Swampland.

In remarks given at a judicial conference in Pennsylvania this week, Roberts reiterated his long-held view that the Court should speak with one voice wherever possible

...

Roberts has said this from day one. But now the crooked liberals want it to mean something more.

Consensus is either forced (and thus only the appearance of consensus) or earned through the respect one develops for one’s colleagues’ judgment and good faith. The left wing of the court demonstrated it would love option 1 and doesn’t deserve option 2. Roberts is attempting option 1 and has lost all credibility and deserves no respect following his Obmamacare cave.

I’ve been saying for months that Trump needs to find what Obama was using on Roberts and neutralize it. If it was bad, he needs to resign. If it was just embarassing, he needs to come clean and go back to being a principled judge. Actually, if he’s been blackmailed in the past, he should resign either way. And Obama should go to jail, and Roberts’ opinions should be re-decided since the Obamacare decision.

I seem to recall something about two babies snatched from Ireland — in violation of Irish law — taken to a South American country then ILLEGALLY adopted from there. Anybody have more info on that?

The most plausible theory I heard was that democrats/Obama were blackmailing Roberts with information on his children’s adoption. I think the kids were originally from South America - Argentina (?). Theory goes that it was an illegal adoption and he was threatened with having the adoption be nullified and kids taken away. Sort of makes sense. Who knows. Something happened to Roberts though to change him.

Obamma must still be holding something over roberts' head.

Blackmail is not needed to explain Robert's actions. Just like blackmail isn't needed to explain the actions of Dubya and countless RINOs.

Notice that Roberts talks about trying to get consensus when you have people like Ginsburg on the court. It is idealistic nonsense ... just like Dubya's vision of democracy in Iraq and his statements that Islam is a religion of peace. It makes sense that Dubya would appoint Roberts. They both have idealistic bents, like to play nice and get along and are not conservatives.

People have different makeups and motivations and one doesn't have to resort to blackmail to explain why people aren't conservatives.

Having said all that ... Roberts is no Ruth Bader Ginsburg and is better than anyone Gore or Kerry would have appointed. There are always degrees of misery.

I don’t know why Roberts is going after Gorsuch.

Thomas SAVAGED the wimpy decision about the travel ban in his opinion. He went along with it but he called all the justices sickenchits for kicking the can down the road.

#FakeNews

Roberts never mentioned Gorsuch by name and there are entire dockets of cases in which the Usual Suspects From The Left disagreed with Roberts a lot more often over the years.

Sure - he’d prefer a bunch of 9-0 decisions, but that’s seldom going to happen.

Someday, maybe after many or all of us are gone, someone will find out who owns Roberts and why. Meanwhile he is one of the people many if us hate for what vile thing he has done.

May he rot in hell.
