The Daily Caller reported that the FBI has taken the smashed hard drives from the home of Pakistani-born Imran Awan, a former IT aide that worked for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL). The Capitol Police took “computer equipment tied to the Florida lawmaker.”

The veteran discovered “wireless routers, hard drives that look like they tried to destroy, laptops, [and] a lot of brand new expensive toner.”

So once again, will the FBI claim that destruction of evidence is not an indication of guilt? Will they find a “sensible” prosecutor this time, ya know, like someone with the legal sensibilities of Rep Gowdy?

I think the rank-and-file at the FBI really resent the mud and gunk that has been put on their reputation by the democrats, from obozo to hiLIARy to wsherwoman-shitz.
It used to be, bo (before obozo) that the FBI was one of the most respected law enforcement agencies in the world. Now they are a laughingstock and are derided on a regular basis.
If an FBI agent were to show up on my porch tomorrow I would laugh at him/her — or at least treat them with NO deference and would make it clear I think he/she has an agenda that has nothing to do with whatever reason he/she wanted to see me.
And I am usually deferential to LEOs.
So I think the FBI wants this mess to get cleaned by sunlight as well so they can get out from under the cloud.
The hard drives have soaked in the salt water long enough.

Sadly, the FBI will be for the foreseeable future, tainted by being infested with rats. Another reason Sessions has proven to be a bad choice. What was needed was someone to go in there with a chainsaw and restore the FBI. As for these Hard Drives, safe to say if the FBI has the authentic originals you can bet the data will be irretrievable. That can be done. It’s not easy but you can truly delete the data.
