By Lawrence Hurley WASHINGTON, July 24 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Monday rejected a bid to prevent President Donald Trump's commission on alleged election fraud from requesting voter roll data from states.

Washington-based U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled in favor of the administration by refusing to block the commission from asking for the data. The decision was a loss for the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), a watchdog group, which filed a lawsuit challenging the commission's actions.

Wonder how that works? One judge says proceed, another says stop. Of to the Supreme Court? The SCOTUS is going to get frustrated — the little kiddies can’t play together and keep running to the teacher.

Maybe embarrassing “the kiddies” a few times will put an end to it?

Hmmm... maybe a full page ad in the newspaper: "Unconstitutional idiot remains in judge position after (legal explanation of whatever idiotic decision they handed down.)"

Then deliver about 20 copies to the judge's house and make sure everyone in the courthouse has a copy. Have a boy outside the courthouse hawking papers "Extra, extra, read all about it! Idiot judge remains in office after unconstitutional ruling!"

That is basically what happens whenever a ruling is overruled by the SCOTUS. The pretentious judge is made to look like an idiot. They don’t like that.
