If you’re referring to Sarah Huckabee Sanders, she’s not a hyphen. No hyphen there. She’s just continued to proudly use her maiden name as part of her publicly known working name.
Most women who use the hyphen are the only one of the marital unit who do use it. Occasionally, very rarely, will you see a man who uses a hyphenated name.
Used to be that only professional women, or women well-known in their line of work, would keep their maiden names. That all changed in the 70s.

So using only publicly available data, how does one differentiate John Smith born 1/1/1960 and living in Cleveland, OH from John Smith born 1/1/1960 and living in Columbus, OH from John Smith born 1/1/1960 and living in Indianapolis?
And what studies might those be if the data isn't made available? Logic fail.

McCabe works for Sessions directly, so it’s Sessions responsibility to prosecute Hillary. The FBI ( or if you prefer, the Federal Bureau of Matters), is and investigatory agency, they don’t prosecute anyone. Prosecuting someone is the exclusive province of the DOJ. So the issue at hand is that Sessions is simply a weak-kneed little ferret who needs replacement. Trump has rattled his cage a couple of times in the past couple of days, but it looks as though “nobody is home.” The next step is asking for his resignation.
