[snip] The Department of Housing and Urban Development spent over $500,000 on apartments for people who "did not exist," ...

and paid the complex $1.8 million between January 2013 and December 2015.

[snip]..."Beverly Place's owner did not administer its project-based Section 8 program in accordance with HUD regulations," the inspector general said. "Specifically, the owner billed HUD for at least 97 tenants who did not exist or whose income eligibility was either falsified or unsupported."

The inspector general noted that "nonexistent tenants" were ghost tenants

“The inspector general recommended that the department order the apartment complex to repay the government for the fraudulent subsidies.”

But no one is going to be prosecuted?

This is HUD. I’m sure Secretary Carson’s lawyers will address the problems left over from the Obama administration.

Section 8 housing needs to be eliminated. It destroys neighborhoods.

Can you imagine a quota-law school graduate tackling this topic? Pffft! Not likely.

That's a stretch. How is AG Sessions going to deport people who don't exist?

“Section 8 housing needs to be eliminated. It destroys neighborhoods.”

It’s RAT Blockbusting on our dime! This RAT ( and sadly RINO) “idea” that the Federal Government should be in the “melting pot creating business,” is just wrong.

This in a nutshell is why many people want the borders left open; without infusions of people (ANY people), we’d have ghost towns all over the landscape here. The people who want open borders aren’t just the elites who need a population to dominate; they are also the people who want to rent housing to them (even if the dwindling number of taxpayers foot the bill), the people who want to accept their welfare payments in their bodegas, etc.

I tell people that without our laughably open borders there would be such a shortage of soldiers and workers (namely of the kinds that aren’t dirt-poor, yellow-dog Democrat voters) in America thanks to abortion and marital destruction that we might see a massive swing back in morals. Not necessarily because of a religious revival...but because people look around and start plain panicking. That stores would begin shutting down and neighborhoods evacuating because there was nobody to provide critical services.

Most people look at me like I’ve lost my mind. But not one of them cares to dispute me on a factual basis. Which I think is because the thought that I even MIGHT be right scares them silly one way or another. From imagining just how empty their city might be to imagining being arrested for walking around unescorted and ‘dressed’ like a prostitute.

I’ve had dreams where I’m walking or driving down a street in my homecity, festooned by signs saying “Illegals OUT” and with signs of some forceful evictions...and no matter how far I go the streets are almost deserted. The people I do go by have this shocked look on their faces, and seem to be trying to constantly count how many others they see around them to reassure themselves that they aren’t alone.

Japan is already facing this scenario, and many Western European countries are there as well, There are few “regular” people left in those countries under 30 years old...

Japan is also facing the nasty problem of being stuck on a mountainous island with damn little arable land and less building space, across a short sea from their mortal enemies that could Zerg Rush them in a week if it weren’t for their version of the English Channel. I don’t envy their social situation even if they don’t turn their babies into sushi like we do.

Apparently the plan is to run (and defend) the islands with robots; they don’t need food anyway. The Japanese will die out while their cyber-mates will live forever...
