I'm sorry, but, McCain has been like this way before the tumor. When he was running against BO for POTUS, I remember Rush had put together a series of parodies that he had done over the years about John McCain (Should I Stay or Should I Go) was a parody song that he had done years before when there were rumors that McCain was thinking of changing parties and becoming a Democrat.
It is just irritating that he would do such a thing concerning a subject that is very important to the base of the Republican party.
