Obama pardoned/commuted sentences of about 300 drug offenders (many I assume were dealers since they were convicted of federal crimes.

Sheriff Joe was trying to stop Illegal Immigration and enforce the law.

Arpaio should be pardoned for this thing and also given immunity to testify in the Dennis Montgomery matter against the deep state.

Yep. Full pardon, record completely expunged, and given a medal to honor his service.

He’s in his mid 80’s and takes care of a ill wife so accepting another job is probably not a good idea.

This is an in-your-face pardon to a leftist judge. And he can do it for 3 more years. Ain’t that a bitch?

If Arpaio is pardoned, it will be an admission of guilt. The conviction won’t be reversed. He’ll still be a convicted criminal.

Only as a matter of history, not of law.

A pardon doesn't just spring him from the can. It removes all legal consequences of this conviction. E.g., if his conviction made him unable to vote or ineligible to hold certain government jobs, a pardon would remove such disability.

But the internet will still know he was convicted of some joke and then pardoned.

Arpaio was convicted of misdemeanor criminal contempt in a federal court.

There need to be other ones too including ones for the Nevada defendants being denied a fair trial over the Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch in 2014.

Judge Navarro tacked 15 months more onto the sentence of Jerry Delemus who pled guilty. The prosecutors asked for six years.

Delemus was co-chair of Veterans for Trump during the New Hampshire Primary last year.

Trump absolutely needs to pardon him before he goes to jail.

Arpiao is not going to jail. He was convicted of a misdemeanor. Fine and suspended sentence would be my prediction as a worst case scenario.

He needs to just do it already and quit talking about it. Didn’t he say he doesn’t telegraph his plans?

He damn well better.

AT LEAST get SOMETHING right for a change.

(Howsabout ‘nationalist’ DOES NOT EQUAL ‘white supremacist’—just for starters)
(Howsabout ‘antifa’ DOES EQUAL “international {NOT ‘American”} fascism’)
(Howsabout showing PICTURES of them in Missouri, California, Georgia—as they are the SAME PEOPLE in each state!)
