Probably because you didn't search for the title under "titles".

“patriciaheaton” will not come up in a keyword search unless someone puts it in the keyword list.

Not odd. Search is totally dependent on what any person puts in the “keyword” list. Yeah, it’s not so great.

Don’t use keyword. You are counting on someone having entered patriciaheaton, just like that as a keyword. Just enter something like “heaton” and search by headline. I don’t know why headline isn’t the default, it should be.
