A former middle school gym teacher was arrested Monday for a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said Monday. Shawnetta D. Reece, 40, of Blairsville, was sexually involved with the student in 2013, the agency said in a news release. Reece was arrested after the Union County Sheriff’s Office received information on the alleged relationship, and asked the GBI to assist with the investigation. Shawnetta Reece Union County Jail “The student was moving from the 8th grade into the 9th grade during this time,” the news release stated. “As a result of the investigation, Reece has been arrested for child molestation and sexual assault by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority.”

Jessica Edens, a particularly nasty murder-suicide. She killed her own two children and her ex-husband’s (married) girlfriend (who was cheating on her husband) and left a series of notes telling her ex-husband she did it to make him suffer, and apologized to other survivors of her victims. One of her two children was his, also.
I was going to say something snide about the ex-husband cheating with a married woman. I’ll let it go. Even when I was single, I avoided involvement with married woman, especially if they had kids. Once I got married, it only strengthened my resolve to avoid other men’s wives.

Stewart Miller: What year did they say the “assault” took place? Oh, right! 2013. So, that was 4 years ago. The student was in 8th grade at the time. What grade does that place him in now? Seems you may be a little behind on schooling, so I’ll help you out. 8+4=12. He’d be a senior. He likely was bragging to his friends about how he nailed his gym teacher, and someone overheard, or one of the friends told. Guarantee this kid didn’t taddle on his hottie gym teacher who was freely giving him tail.
