Excellent comment on your part. Sums it up, bringing the most important parts all to one place.
Now, how to make it stick?
If you could not provide brief, doable answer forthwith for just how that could be accomplished, you most certainly should be and would be forgiven by my own self, for that.
I don't have the answer. Does anyone? But I do hope that outlining the charges, presenting those before a judge (and a judge apparently beginning to take notice) could be a start.

I have to say that this IRS mess is one area I’m really disappointed with the Trump administration so far. Not only is that rat-bastard weasel Kosiknen still in his cushy job, but there seems to be no energy behind investigating the TEA Party attacks.
I thought the president would clean house here thoroughly.

This is a matter of serious violations of the law by many high level people in the Obama administration.
The Justice Department needs to investigate, prosecute and convict those responsible.
