This is a big one, involving hundreds of millions of dollars, libel, and terrorism. It goes along with Sarah Palin's suit against the NY Slimes for libel as one of the few times a really big figure, either political or business, has hit back in earnest against these evil people and organizations. Best of all, the plaintiffs' attorneys did some smart forum shopping by filing the suit in the Federal District Court for North Dakota, Western Division, meaning they're not in the odious Ninth Circuit.
