So, the CIA was spying on the other intelligence/security agencies of the US Government? Apparently to access their data collected inside the US, where the CIA is not supposed to operate, by law?

It is long past time to clean house of these spooks.

And so many people wonder why DC acts like it does...

One person here thinks to get anywhere in DC there has to be incriminating evidence on you...or you wont be allowed to move up

Originally, Dept of Homeland Security was developed because different agencies did not share information that could have solved important dangers like 9/11. It was found that each organization had a piece of puzzle and if it had been given by each to one organization, it could have been prevented!

This was a problem for decades, each wanted to solve crime, so each kept their info from others. Homeland Security was to get ALL info so they could review it, to see if pieces of puzzle would give info. Instead now HS is it’s own entity, and I am unsure if that original intent is still there, as it was created under Pres Bush....then came Obama, so it could have been re organized??
