There are times when shoot to kill is a good idea.
Officials in Ft. Bend County (a suburb of Houston) said that looters were impersonating flood management authorities and telling homeowners to evacuate. They then looted the homes after the homeowners left.
Looters should be shot on the spot.
Shoot to kill is a good strategy, and then throw the bodies into the water to feed the alligators.
That way Texans can use much needed funds to rebuild instead of wasting precious dollars for trials that should have put these devils in prison in the past so they wouldn’t be out robbing flood victims now.

Until they take out at least one looter, the thugs will continue to brazenly loot.
Some advice from an Austinite to my fellow Houstonites, since you have the ‘privilege’ of now having our former chief of police. If you need to get Acevedo’s attention or need him to be somewhere, just set up a bunch of television cameras. He can’t resist them, cameras are that man’s crack, he has to be on tv at all times.
Pleas for mercy always work on depraved criminals.
Have they called him a racist yet?
Then I would like to see a fight between Arthur the Arse and Queen Sheila over who gets in front of the camera first.
For sociopaths there are no “our people”—there is just “our prey”.
Hint—talking at them doesn’t get it done.
He should say the same to the Main Stream Media.
