TOKYO -- As tensions on the Korean Peninsula reach new heights with Pyongyang's latest nuclear test, Japan is planning for a possible mass evacuation of the nearly 60,000 Japanese citizens currently living in or visiting South Korea.

If Japan starts pulling their citizens out of South Korea that would very probably be a very bad sign.

Scenario: SK takes out Kim.
Then waits.
The new rulers of NK have to decide whether to go to full war. If they do, they are warned the US will enter also. But that would be a defensive
move on our part.
That way,the great powers stand aside and let the Koreans settle it.
And possibly the new rulers of NK won’t want to go to war on behalf of the late, great, Kim dynasty...

The new rulers of NK have to decide whether they'd like the incoming US war planes to beloaded with food for their now FREE starving citizens, or bombs to be dropped on themselves.
