Built atop the island, the main villa upper deck is 111 feet above mean sea level. Perhaps everything above the wine cellar will be blown away? Storm surge plus waves, with a fierce wind to push water further uphill may swamp the cellar. Hope he has bilge pumps or scuba gear!
