Rohingya rebels declare truce as conditions deteriorate at refugee camps

Rohingya rebels, whose attack on Burma security forces last month triggered military reprisals, have declared a month-long truce as refugees continue to flood across the border into Bangladesh — and scant basic resources, hunger and illness.

The band of Muslim insurgents calling itself the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army issued the truce statement on its Twitter account and urged Burma’s government to reciprocate in order to assist all victims regardless of their background.

The rebels, who say they are fighting to protect their minority members against government-sponsored persecution, launched their first known attacks last October and again on August 25.

According to Rohingya refugees, the military responded with indiscriminate killings, burning entire villages and forcing tens of thousands to flee.

The government said most of the 400 dead were “terrorists”.

The United Nations said yesterday that an estimated 290,000 Rohingya Muslims had arrived in the border district of Cox’s Bazar in just the last two weeks, joining at least 100,000 who were already there after fleeing earlier riots or persecution in Buddhist-majority Burma. The number was expected to swell further, with thousands crossing the border each day. Fights were erupting over food and water. …

The global media EXPLODED out of NOWHERE on this FakeNews non-issue last week-- denouncing Myanmar's Nobel Laureate heroine as a genocidal maniac -- in support of the non-existent "Rohingya" people, who are just Bengali illegal aliens and terrorists. Massive demonstrations quickly followed in Muslim capitals in support of the phony "refugee" terrorists.

It is truly frightening how CNN, NBC, ABC, NNB, NyTimes, et al just suddenly erupted against Myanmar within hours. If you needed any more proof of a single, globalist system of control designed to destroy our freedoms, this was a damn good example of it.

My understanding is that most of the Rohingya are illegal immigrants from Bangladesh in the first place.

Its amazing how the elites turned on Aung Sun Suu Kyi on a dime.

The BBC was on this story big time last week but why should one be surprised?

The British are so deep in debt and bankrupt they need the Muslim money from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

The living proof of that is when the Union Jacks were all lowered to half staff the other year when the Saudi king died.

They need a truce to recruit, rearm, resupply and retrain.
