Why Haven't Individual Jurists Been Exposed Publicly?
Vanity | 9/28/17 | RinaseaofDs

Question for the esteemed forum, and those in the conservative media:

The Judiciary gets a pass for their ongoing misdeeds. It's clear the left has set it up so whatever they need to do they do it in court, at every level of the judiciary. They can't win in the arena of ideas, nor in the legislature (except with ongoing, reliable GOP help).

The Court is their stronghold.

Why hasn't the conservative media made this an ongoing feature? O'Reilly had Pinhead of the Day, and Rush has his updates, which I love.

I'd like to see someone prominent highlight a criminal in black robes per day. If average people had any idea how the system of justice was tilted against them, there would be further outcry.

The right is finding its voice, despite the callow, feckless cowards in the GOP. Time to take a wrecking ball to the Judiciary at all levels.

I say this as a counter to the BLM movement, where every specious argument made by the left about the court system is simply unchallenged in any serious way.

IMHO, there’s a notion that the Judicial system is the most “sacred” of the Three Powers it’s members are “pure” and beyond reproach from being evil.

I once had a tagline that read, Tyranny hides within decorum. We can’t attack decorum. Same with the Judicial system.

Excoriating and exposing individual judges is all fine and dandy.

But Congress needs to reform the judiciary in it’s entirety.

We only need about 5 district courts and 1/5 the number of federal judges we have now. As for the screams about the workload and backlog of federal cases under that scenario, Congress can stridently limit the scope of judicial oversight to ONLY those cases which pertain to demonstrable Constitutional questions.

the states can handle everything else.

Bureau of Land Management (BLM). They are the wild ones out West. Judge Gloria Navarro — a true whore for Harry Reid. Sessions should be ashamed.

Keep the courts open around the clock Monday through Friday and closed between shifts for cleaning & maintenance.

What I don’t understand is the lefties/libs/RATS shop for their judges but Trump/conservatives don’t. Why not? Goose and gander.

Absolutely *horrible* idea to out jurors. Jurists’ identities are protected to keep their decisions from being swayed by fear. Imagine if all the white jurors who found a cop who shot an unarmed black man were publicly IDed so they could be threatened, harassed & possibly harmed by BLM scumbags. Could any future cop get a fair trial if jurors were worried about themselves & their families being placed in danger if they vote ‘not guilty’? Does that sound like a great idea to you? This is why jurors remain anonymous unless they themselves choose to come forward & speak with the media.

System failed. Jurists decisions are being swayed by cash, and ideology, not the law.

Any wounds inflicted will be self-inflicted, as it were.

Judicial activism has to end.

Even though I’m cancelling my National Review subscription in disgust after 36 years with them...this Judicial Activism blog on NRO is worth reading:

Outing jurors is absolutely the wrong answer to judicial reform.

It would do wonders if congress took just a couple of judicial scalps via impeachment every year.
