ESPN Misrepresents Results from Their Own Poll Which Shows That Fans Are Sick of Anthem Protests

The basic math of this story is easy to follow: ESPN conducts a poll on anthem protests, ESPN doesn’t like results of the poll on anthem protests, therefore ESPN deliberately misrepresents the results from the poll on anthem protests.

With its new Global Strategy Group poll, ESPN states that Americans “are divided in their attitudes” about the NFL’s protests during the playing of the national anthem. However, far from “divided,” many of the results find Americans far more united in their negative feelings about the protests.

The poll found that a lopsided majority disapprove of the anthem protests, with 51 percent either somewhat or strongly disapproving of the anthem protests, while only 39 percent approved. If this were a political poll, a 51-39 disparity would be called a definitive, and direct statement. Even a predictor of certain electoral victory.

Moreover, had the poll found that 51 percent of people approved of the anthem protests, this poll would have been celebrated and paraded on every show across every platform ESPN has.

Yet, because this result doesn’t fit ESPN’s narrative, the results get described as “mixed” or “divided.”

If freepers are really serious about this issue, they can do two things this weekend or next week:

1. Cancel/cut your cable and go to a good internet to stream the tv shows they watch. Disney/ABC/ESPN and the above are owned by Disney. Each month they get a huge share of your monthly cable bill. Cut your cable, and they lose that monthly $* chunk/bite out of your bill. You will save a lot of money each month. *Estimated to be at a minimum of 9$’s/month/user.

2. Use Sling Blue TV for streaming the channels you will watch. Sling Blue does not carry ESPN/Disney/ABC. So, the evil Disney/ESPN/NFL/ABC gay hate America liberals get nothing from you.

Talking tough and posting pompous threats on Free Republic is cheap and not effective.

Cutting their economic tv take at your home is like using a laser guided smart bomb to cut off/destroy their financial tentacles/testicles.

Without their monthly financial take from your cable tv, the NFL will fade away like a bad dose of the GI Trots.

If you really want to smack/hurt ESPN/NFL/Disney/ABC just do #1 and #2 above this week.

You will save a lot of money each month besides feeling better.

ESPN has been driving hard to turn US sports teams into the same sort of organized focus for political mobs that they've become in Europe. Of course they misrepresent their own polls or anything else they have to in order to make the damage to the NFL seem more superficial than it really is when the NFL money boys are presenting the bad news to their bosses.

The way they see it, if US professional sports aren't going to be useful idiots for the globalist "color revolution" crowd to use as a catalyst, then US professional sports needs to die so they can move on to organizing college sports where the majority of the student bodies can easily be turned into mobs doing the bidding of the globalists whether the athletes go along or not. A percentage of if college athletes absolutely will get with the radical leftist program, too, especially once they see their prospects with professional teams fading.

That's when the violent protests will start, when the NFL and NBA are picking college players based as much on whether the player obeys the rules and avoids trouble as well as on what their stats or raw talent are. You have to figure that if they all agree somewhat lesser performance across the board along with a return to "all-American nice guy" players is what brings in the most money, that'll be every bit as important as raw talent.

It's not that long ago that teams worried about having "bad boys" on their teams and avoided the outright thugs. Professional sports could return to that way of thinking with only a couple of seasons of rebuilding whether the thugs realize that or not.
