Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter today released his review of the June 14 shooting at Simpson Field in which he finds the use of deadly force by U.S. Capitol police officers and Alexandria police officers to be justified.

The report entitled “Use of Force Investigation and Analysis” outlines the steps Porter took in reviewing the incident and his conclusion. Three sections of Porter’s report are below.

Brian L. Porter, the Commonwealth Attorney for Alexandria, VA, also investigated the terrorist shooting of Steve Scalise. This article contains the three most important paragraphs of his investigative report that finds the shooting to have been an act of terrorism under VA law, which is quite similar to Federal law. It's a really professional job that totally contradicts the FBI's disgraceful whitewash of the same incident.

This is exactly why many of us believe our nation is doomed. To even question if it wad needed, hopeless.

Obola, Mueller, and Comey hopelessly corrupted the FBI, as this one incident and report show.

It took them this long to come to the conclusion it was justified. Good gravy. Someone was milking this one.

The city attorneys for Alexandria, apparently. And the elected officials who sign off on this nonsense.

Maybe you ought to read it, since it concludes the shooting was terrorism, something the FBI failed to do in spite of massive evidence that it was terrorism.

The same FBI that concluded Clinton didn’t do anything criminal *before* they interviewed her.

This just shows the lack of common sense we have in this country. It took 4 months to examine evidence to come to this conclusion is sad but it’s the norm. If it were a dem that was shot this would’ve been wrapped up in an hour.

Apparently Republicans provoke this sort of behavior, so it could have been justified. We’re just so damned frustrating!

Any thinking person knew it was political terrorism before the day was out. At this point, unfortunately, if the FBI said the sun will rise in the east, I’d be out before dawn with a compass.

One might say they poisoned the entire federal system, executive, legislative, judicial.
