What implications does Trumps recent declaration of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard being a terrorist organization have with them being on the ground?
Probably none.
They have been involved in the fighting in Iraq against ISIS for some time. But they are there and in Syria. Along with Hezbollah.
It is what it is.
The territories in question here are outside of the Kurdish autonomous region and were controlled by the Iraqi government before the latest war.
