Possible Serial Killer 'Terrorizing' Tampa Neighborhood

TAMPA (CBSMiami/WTSP) — A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the recent Seminole Heights killings.

Police in Tampa have called this individual, seen on surveillance video, as a person of interest following mysterious murders in the last few weeks. (Source: Tampa Police Dept.)

The reward, offered by Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay and ATF, comes following the identification of a third victim.

The latest victim was identified Anthony Naiboa, 20. A recent high school graduate who had autism. Investigators say Naiboa had accidentally taken the wrong bus home and ended up in the Seminole Heights neighborhood where he was shot to death around 8:00 p.m. Thursday night.

Tampa Police are frustrated. They have saturated the neighborhood and, somehow, the gunman still got away within minutes of Naiboa’s shooting.

Wears a melon cover & hoodie like a brotha’...chicken walks like a brotha’...has law enforcement issued a description, in addition to the video? Black male, 18-25, 5’10” to 6’1, muscular build, armed and dangerous.

The small neighborhood has tried to become livable but is new ghetto from white flight. The City has funded it with $$$$ to point it to mixed places to live. Probably the same people brings their friends and then this happens. All lives matter like the one girl in this story but none for the AA dead everyday in Chicago, etc. Where is BLM? 🤔

A few block area and the perp fooled the canines. No trail away from victim. Not good. Perp most likely in few block area using some mode of transportation and scent coverage?

Seminole Heights is mixed...lots of families moving in. 70% of the homes are owner occupied. Lots of nice restaurants - including Ella’s, The Independent, and The Refinery. Unfortunately, they are a few low rent motels, but mostly Seminole Heights - the home of the Two Headed Alligator - is nice.
