The fines must be being paid by taxpayers since that’s where the IRS gets every penny.

Most of the money will go to the lawyers (Class action).

No IRS employee will face any consequences of any kind.

Really bad outcome.

Trump should override this BS.

Wonder how many of them were given immunity deals under Holder and Lynch? All of them, since they weren’t interested in getting convictions but more interested in preventing them?

“But there’s no justice anymore.”........

Pretty well sums it up. How long will it be before the Clintons or odumbo go to jail?........Ah never mind, it will NEVER HAPPEN.

I think the 2012 election should be over turned and although he was not running, add those years onto Trump’s current term.

There's no such constitutional remedy.

It’s like payola in the music business. Doesn’t change things, does it?

Democrats suppressed Republican campaigning just as many of the “hits” on oldies radio of the 50s-80s that were bought and paid for are still the only old songs you hear on the radio. They still make money for their publishers.

How are they going to undo Otoken’s second term? This was done to prevent those groups from raising money (by stalling/denying their applications), to pave the way (successfully) for Otoken’s re-election. How do they “make that right”?

There's no provision in the constitution for do-overs. The damage is done and the only way to undo it is to get our people in office and keep them there so they can untie as many knots as possible. The closest legal remedy for the problem was to direct funding to those groups who were wronged and hope they use it to continue to forward their causes. We'd all like to see justice done, criminals behind bars, but while satisfying, that's not going to forward our causes. What it would do, perhaps, is to deter such behavior, if only a little, so hopefully the investigations will find some of these folks ensnared, but the most important thing for the "culture war" is these organizations getting back to work unencumbered.

Lois Lerner the arrogant IRS bitch who oversaw this operation, no doubt with urging from the Obama operatives, should be doing time. Instead she’s retired enjoying her generous federal pension.

So when does Lois Lerner get indicted for perjury?

A lot of Swamp creatures should be decorating lamp posts in Wash DC., right now.

Unfortunately the “law” won’t do the decorating. The People will have to do it themselves.

Thanks, I already knew that, it was a bit of sarcasm.

There is also no constitutional authority for a foreign born person to be President either. But it happened, twice and no one did squat about it. Unfortunately, had he lost in either 08 or 12, the alternative was not that much better!

That was my thought ..
1-Now these Groups can get started and have cash in time for Mid-Terms
2-Current IRS Director is on his way out in time for Tax-Reform
3-Indictment of Lois Lerner would be putting a Cherry on top

Don’t think we want a settlement.
I think we want people going to prison. Preferably for a long time.

Oh I have heard her out blathering about how all this paying for Fusion GPS is nonsense and it has been “DEBUNKED” many times - meaning MOVE ON. I don’t find her any more quiet. Now Bubba it does it appear he is in hiding after his pal Weinstein got tossed under the bus.

The refusal of society to prosecute crimes by politicians is escalating the size and corruption of the swamp. Soon, the level of brazen criminal activity will embolden the left to Zimbabwe and Venezuela levels.

Trump, GOP, if you don’t put a stop to this, the Nation is finished.
