Yep, and s well deserved slap down. I have despised the man since he ordered the second trial for the LA cops in the Rodney King affair. Simply because he ignored the Constitution in respect to double jeopardy. If you define the same crime multiple ways, there is no protection from governmental abuse. This is his legacy.
