I wonder if there is a listing of all the black members of congress..They would all qualify. The only place we have blacks who aren’t screaming “racist” is in the private sector like Larry Elder, Jesse Lee Patterson, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams..
Well, shoot - I found a list and lost it...There wasn’t a black democrat elected to Congress until 1937 - during Reconstruction they were all Republicans. If I can find it again, I’ll post it.
