I’m going to ask what will end up to be a very stupid and probably dense question... so bear with me.
Why does our President, with all that is going on politically around him these days, take the energy, and concern with releasing these files? Any significance to the current state of affairs?
Probably because they just came available for release. To sit on them accomplishes nothing. Do you see some nefarious purpose?
okay....no I really don’t see and vicious or underhanded purpose in these being released but was just curious if any of our wise thinkers here saw any other motive.

If the CIA was involved don't you think they could be a little bit covert in this kind of operation. Even if they messed up they have had 60 years to clean up and late files.
I do believe however that The Clinton Global Initiative is an honest charity, don't you?
You people act like it is impossible to plot an assassination without the CIA or FBI figuring it out. What if they are trying to cover it up? That is the part you want to believe is impossible, some of us don't find it hard to believe at all. Looking forward to Justice being served up on Monday by a special Council and his 16 Clinton lawyers, aren't you?
He SAID where he called from. A written note was taken at the fbi, no call was traced. It was just a tip. But it seems to have served as an alibi if one had been needed.

I’m not sure what you are trying to say here, but since I was pinged I’ll respond.
Nothing is impossible I guess, but I’ve yet to see a credible shred of evidence of any conspiracy in regards to the shooting of JFK.
As for the special counsel, I believe it’s a serious waste of time and taxpayer money. Since the whole thing is a charade, I guess it’s a REAL conspiracy.
This was the biggest assassination in American history. After all these years and investigations and deathbed confessions and books and movies there is no solid information tying the CIA to a conspiracy. There is plenty of evidence that the 24 year old nutcase Oswald got the attention of CIA and FBI even a couple years sooner when he was a 22 year old nutcase who went to Moscow and renounced his own country. Sure they had information about him. Beyond that, where are any goods on this? Been 54 years.
The Clinton Global Initiative is the most honest outreach to corrupt global interests for the purpose of selling out our country for the personal enrichment of the Clintons, ever! Honestly so!
You only ever saw the Prosecution evidence, not surprised you could come to that conclusion.
