Solution to the “invasion” aspect: end the welfare state, end minimum wage, end socialized everything, snipers on the border, anyone crossing without a simple health/crime/loyalty/means test gets the “unbidden in my house at oh-dark-thirty” treatment. No freebies enticing them to come, serious disincentive against sneaking in, basic sanity check for problems.
