Bwhaa! Haa! Even if there was an appetite for it, the average length of time to get a Constitutional Amendment approved is eight years. Trump would be working on his Presidential library by the time if made it through the process.
Snowballs have a better chance of surviving in the Sahara than this ‘amendment’..............besides, a Democrat POTUS might need to us that power someday...............
