Excerpted per rules.

"It’s been called a 'Trump bump . . . '" President Trump is even good for the business of news media.

Last gasp, thankfully.

I wouldn’t want to depend on this as a business strategy — “People will subscribe to us out of pity because we totally suck and no one respects our product.”

Not a good path to long-term prosperity, I think.

the really sad part about it is that their “truth” is only what they learned in college and throughout their communist indoctrination in public school. Not having a moral base will just get them to sink deeper into the quagmire of fake news.

“So I find it irresponsible to place this intense distrust on traditional media, especially when there is actual bogus stuff all over the place,” Ms. Lucas continues. “It’s made me value trustworthy sources even more than before.”

“She adds that the need to pursue fact from fiction has become “calls to action for myself and some of my peers. We need good journalism and truth-seekers now more than ever.”

Well, it looks like Trump can write off getting the snobby Manhattan vote next time around. Worst thing since the New York Post proclaimed that Roy Moore is unworthy of election to the Senate.

An entire article about surging subscription numbers and, for the life of me, I can’t find any hard subscription numbers. I see poll numbers, anecdotes, and percentages, but no total subscription numbers. Hmmm...
