Suggesting that there's any "primitiveness" which intrinsically adheres to one race more than another is the height of naiveté—and racism.
My friend, Stan Tenen, wrote a fantastic book titled: “The Alphabet That Changed the World How Genesis Preserves a Science of Consciousness in Geometry and Gesture”, whose basic premise starts from the fact that bet is the first letter.

If that’s your scale of civilized vs primitive, then just as there are higher levels of civilized, there are highest levels. It’s a spectrum.
And there are blacks in Africa living higher than you. So it seems your analysis is probably inaccurate.
I think you are forgetting that Egypt is part of Africa. The Egyptians were doing some impressive architectural creations while many Europeans north of Greece were living in huts.

I agreed with you up that point, but when blacks are 65-85 average and whites are 105, there is a HUGE difference that translates into the results we see.

But where do you get that whites average 105? The best Ive found is that the whitest countries (like Switzerland, Norway, etc) cluster at 100.
Look into how infant stimulation, early childhood nutrition, and rich social interaction boost IQ.
I don't deny that there's a genetic component to intellectual development, like ANY development. But nurture plays a big role here. When Ireland was dying of famine 170-180 years ago, the British thought the white-as-can-be Irish on a level with apes.
So: hard to explain the "Celtic Tiger" phenomenon.

Most historians will state that Neolithic culture can be traced back to Mesopotamia between 8000-10000 BC. This area is now part of Iraq and Kuwait. This is where civilization began.
All racism is based on attitude. As such racism is not limited to any group or set of groups. Racism is nothing more than the attempt to elevate one group above another by demeaning one group in relation to another.
