WASHINGTON — One year after Donald Trump’s shocking election upset, many Americans who live in the key counties that propelled him to victory remain unconvinced that the country is better off now that he’s in the White House, a new poll from NBC News and The Wall Street Journal shows.
The poll, which sampled residents of 438 counties that either flipped from voting Democratic in the 2012 presidential election to Republican in 2016, or saw a significant surge for Trump last year, found that a third — 32 percent — believe the country is better off now than it was before Trump became president.

To the degree this isn’t fake, this is a comment on the ba$tards in the congress. They have fought the wall, they have unleashed investigations accusing Trump of being a Russian spy, they refused to change Obamacare, they refused to cut taxes.
Worse off how, economically or because of the rise in uncivility because the Commies won’t accept that Trump is the POTUS?

Trump needs to hang it around their necks at every opportunity. This is it for the GOP.
Apparently, none of them have any stock market investments.
Note also they polled the “counties” that supported Trump, not necessarily the Trump voters in those counties.
Of course any lib they poll is gonna say things are terrible.
Red Herring.
This is the same poll that had Clinton ahead by something like 8 pts last year.
The fake news continues unabated.

800 adults.
658 registered voters
so less than 2 people per county ?

To me, it would be a more meaningful poll if they just polled repubs in those counties.
Add to that the non-stop, vicious attacks by the media and the anti-Trumpers.
“Donald Trump’s chances of winning this election have faded,” says Democratic pollster Fred Yang of Hart Research Associates, which conducted this survey with Republican pollster Bill McInturff and his firm Public Opinion Strategies.
“This poll is showing the writing on the wall,” Yang adds.
And the Republican McInturff observes that Trump “is in a weaker position than in September,” and that his numbers in the poll don’t align with anyone who has gone on to win a presidential election.
You’re right, as you say, to an extent. Our RINOs are SOBs, the problem is, they aren’t even our SOBs.
But the poll is still as fake as a smile from Hillary Clinton one year and one day ago.
Or for as long as my schadenfreude boner has lasted. She used to deflate me but now looking at Heilarry’s sorry face just makes it worse ....
And Hillary has a 93% chance of winning.
