I had an uncle who was 26 years old and married, with the parents signing consent with the judge of probate for the license, to marry my aunt, age 14. So, if mama and daddy say okay and sign for their daughter to marry at a young age or even date a younger girl, then it is on the parents. If the male does not touch the girl while dating, then what crime has he committed?
