50 pastors sign letter of support for Roy Moore

Kayla Moore, wife of Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, shared a letter on Facebook over the weekend indicating support from more than 50 Alabama pastors. Not all the pastors said they gave permission for their name to be be used, however.

Moore's wife Kayla posted the letter to her Facebook page Sunday after days of controversy surrounding her husband and allegations he had sexual contact with a 14-year-old in 1979 when he was 32-years-old. Three other women said Moore pursued them as teenagers. The letter was posted before a fifth woman, Beverly Young Nelson, came forward with additional charges Monday.

Moore denies the charges.

In their letter, the pastors said Moore was an "immovable rock in the culture wars," and has met attacks with a "rare unconquerable resolve."

"It's no wonder the Washington establishment has declared all-out war on his campaign," the letter notes before urging voters to cast their ballot for Moore, who faces Democrat Doug Jones in the Dec. 12 election.

After the letter was published on AL.com, Tijuanna Adetunji of the Fresh Anointing House of Worship in Montgomery, said she was not contacted about the letter and did not give permission for her name to be used.

You should see the anti-Moore comments. There must be bots galore because I can’t believe the folks in Alabama would make comments like those.

Faux news just did a big segment on Moore, but conspicuous by its absence was any mention of the ministers support. Just fake news whores peddling Bullshit. Shameful.

To the Deep State, this is completely irrelevant. If they could throw Christians into the same incinerator they normally use for murdered babies from abortion mills, they would do it, including each and every one of these pastors.

I am beginning to see that the United States is no longer my country. Alabama is my country.

I often ask some of these AL.com bots what Alabama county they live in. No response, or they say they live in Noo Yawk somewhere. They are nothing but out-of-state trolls.

‘Three other women said Moore pursued them as teenagers.’

A complete lie. The women said they willingly dated Moore, and that he behaved like a gentleman.

We would be better off if they were instead of being the corrosive force blocking everything conservatives value while pretending to be conservatives.

The first Republican called it, "You can fool some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time..."

I can by the tone of the comment; the same talking points and veiled hate. There are probably only three or four who are constantly registering new names and spamming the site. AL.com doesn’t care or is happy to have the spam. If they were honest, however they’d delete every comment from someone registered in the last few days.

‘Not all the pastors said they gave permission for their name to be be used, however.’

More than likely, the pastors gave their consent, but later retroactively withdrew their consent.
