Roy Moore’s Senate campaign dismissed the latest allegation of sexual assault against him Monday, and also criticized the accuser's lawyer as someone who promoted the death of unborn children by supporting abortions.
"Gloria Allred is a sensationalist leading a witch hunt, and she is only around to create a spectacle,” Moore’s campaign said in a statement Monday, calling out the accuser's lawyer by name. “Allred was the attorney who claims credit for giving us Roe v. Wade which has resulted in the murder of tens of millions of unborn babies."
Allred is representing Beverly Young Nelson, the latest woman to come forward and allege Moore sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager.
In a press conference Monday, Nelson described one encounter with Moore that occurred in 1975, when she was 16 years old.
Nelson said Moore offered to drive her home from work one night but instead parked in a “dark, deserted” part of a parking lot behind the restaurant where she worked. Nelson said Moore groped her and “began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch.”

Moore was discharged from the United States Army as a captain in 1974, and was admitted to the University of Alabama School of Law that same year. He graduated in 1977 with a Juris Doctor degree and returned to Gadsden to begin private practice with a focus on personal injury and insurance cases.

The stated date of the events was 1977 not 1975 as stated in your post.

The full force of the left’s corrupt machinations are being brought down on Judge Moore. That’s how we know it’s not true. He’s everything they hate, believes in God, traditional family, country, it’s everything the left despises and they are bringing unholy war against him. I send prayers his way for the strength to get through all this.

Why would a 16 year old girl get a ride from a 30 year old stranger ? Especially one who always “commented” on her looks.

To sign a year book the owner would have had to provided the book and asked the signer to do so...he didn’t creep into their house in the middle of the night and sign his name and message

He was unmarried at the time and maybe the teenie boppers thought he was a “god” Maybe every unmarried girl in town were after him encouraged by their mothers he had a good job, he was making good money he was educated had a good position in the town good family...

Memory is a funny thing, much more pliable and flexible than we like to believe.
I suspect both this woman and Roy Moore could take lie detector tests and pass them.
These events happened 40 years ago.
It might be more than a he said/she said if someone had a certified diary from that date four decades back.
I watched the lady speak and there is a transcript out there if what she said. She didn’t mention year 1975. She said she was born in 1961 and the incident happened when she was 16. If you do the math it happened in 1977 according to the lady.

You make great points. They are making much more of that than it probably is. This is not out of the realm of young women admiring community leaders but they think they can turn it in to a gotcha moment.
The DC swamp will not be able to control Judge Moore, much like our President Trump, if Moore is elected. That is what this is pretty much about.

If the events she alleges happened when she was 16, then when she says he signed her yearbook, she would already have graduated, and there would be no yearbook to sign.
Isnt it odd that he tried to rape them all but never actually undressed them or himself or penetrated any of them...
wheres the police reports ??? the records of the teacher, guidance counselor, at school etc her own diary etc school ???
