Social media has unleashed on Lena Dunham for her decision to defend a “Girls” producer accused of rape.
“You wrote me an email of support a few weeks ago and now you defend a rapist? WTF @lenadunham?” tweeted actress Asia Argento, who is now one of the dozens of women who have accused movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault.
Dunham and her co-showrunner Jenni Konner, released a joint statement on Friday defending producer Murray Miller who has been accused of raping actress Aurora Perrineau when she was 17. He was 35 at the time of the alleged incident.

Who knows what’s true? Let’s assume for a moment, this case is not what it seems, and the accuser is lying.
Given the current scenario, anyone with a grievance or delusion can show up and accuse someone.
i’m in no way defending the hollywood types, but there is also a social phenomena where people who hear accusations begin to confuse reality and create a me too atmosphere, and yes it is a form of hysteria. This pattern is more commonly seen regarding suicide in young people, and has occured throughout history.
Dunham like all leftists will defend people who follow the proletariat party’s agenda!
