No, I just think that the SCOTUS has their “Circuit Court Pee Pee Slapper” at the ready waiting to see what these Circuit Courts do.
Several of the media outlets used the headline “Two Supreme Court Justices File Dissenting Opinions...”

The way I see the decision, Ginsburg wants more Moslems to come to the US and Sotomayor wants more Hispanics to come here.
They could start their own insane asylum, these two fools.
Just counting down the days before Ginsburg croaks (she already looks like she’s dead and stuffed but I want the real thing, not a cheap imitation).
Sotomayor is a “racist”. Not because she’s a “proud Latina”, but because she is for “La Raza”, “the Race”. Sounds might Aryan to me, senorita.
#21, Sotomayor is on the ICE pickup list, a little birdy told me.
Ginsburg is on the mortuary’s pickup list. However, they are holding off for a few more weeks because she’s been picked to star in the latest version of “Night of the Living Day” and a special guest appearance on Season 9 of “The Walking Dead” next year (filming has already started so she’s got to be filmed quickly before she becomes a real part of the zombie jamboree).
