Wouldn’t a murder charge be double jeopardy?

My thought is that you look at what he was aquited for, then charge him with other counts.

You could probably find some fairly similar charges, with different criminal codes.

Then go after the guy tooth and nail,

This SOB deserves the death penalty.

Seems like it. But he was never charged by Frisco DA with involuntary Manslaughter. Maybe the Feds. could add that charge to the gun violation as well.
