Why someone needs to choose the judges that actually rule the people. ;/

The Austrian Supreme Court has 60 members, and I can’t find out how they are chosen or what their terms are.

If the old law was discriminatory and unjust and overturned by judicial decree, why does the change not take effect until 2019?

How queer.

The law might be there, but Austria and much of Europe may be in the midst of Christian revival. Albeit quietly...so just because it’s legal, doesn’t mean there will be am increase in such unions. Maybe just in the short term. The younger generation might surprise you - with their commitment to faith and tradition.
