candidate may announce promises but the next rep will be last in seniority and GOP is in power. They are never getting what Conyers ever got them.
The sad thing (for this sorry crowd) is that a month or so ago, it was perfectly OK to grope a woman under the rules then in effect. After all, he was entitled to it and the woman was probably asking for it given the well established Clinton precedent.
