Bombshell Report: Political Persecution Of Scott Walker Swept Up High-Level GOP Officials
The Federalist ^ | December 7, 2017 | Warren Henry

Posted on 12/07/2017 9:30:40 AM PST by detective

On Wednesday, a Wisconsin judge unsealed an 88-page report on the state Department of Justice’s (WIDoJ) investigation into a leak of sealed evidence from the politically motivated “John Doe” investigation of Gov. Scott Walker, his supporters, and various conservative groups related to his recall election campaign.

Despite concluding a crime was committed during the John Doe proceedings, WIDoJ recommends no criminal charges. Instead, the report recommends that former Government Accountability Board (GAB) lawyer Shane Falk be referred to the state judiciary’s Office of Lawyer Regulation for discipline and that contempt proceedings be initiated against John Doe special prosecutor Francis Schmitz and former GAB employees for violating court orders during the John Doe proceedings.

Moreover, the WIDoJ investigation uncovered another previously secret investigation into the personal and political activities of Republicans and conservatives at the state and federal level, evidence from which was filed away as “opposition research.”

Some very illegal and slimy activities were funded by taxpayer dollars in Wisconsin.

Despite the report recommendation, those involved need to be prosecuted.

Democrats are Democrats first.

Following the law is way down on their list.

This is a direct attack on the foundations of fair elections.

The perpetrators should be prosecuted.

> Who in the heck is john doe?

In legal terms, John Doe is an unknown. Could be anybody, ergo the blatant illegality of this investigation.

When Hillary & Obama skate, this will be like Deja Vue all over again. Sessions will use the same tactics as used in Wisconsin. No one will be charged. No one will be accountable except a few peons.

The slimey, vindetta driven DA John Chisholm, who ran the John Doe mostly illegal investigation has a wife Colleen who is/was a teacher who “was brought to tears whenever she talked about Scott Walker’s ACT 10” that PASSED in Wisconsin. She encouraged her DA husband to DO SOMETHING about Scott Walker. ACT 10 allowed teachers to opt out of union participation and dues. And ACT 10 got rid of the stranglehold the Wisc. Teacher’s Union had on the health care for teachers. (they had their own company taking in highly exhorbatant premiums from School Districts state wide)

Also at least 40+ people IN the DA’s office in Milwaukee signed the Scott Walker REcall petition. Gee nothing smelley about that, now was there? The totally secret investigation drug on forever here in WI. Associates of Walker’s were awarded with early morning raids on their homes, computers confiscated and then they were told they COULD NOT divulge that raid to ANYone at all or be subject to jail. So, sometimes children were at the home, of course and they were not even allowed to tell the school why they were late.

MOST rewarding result for us Walker supporters was that he got MORE votes in the ReCall election than he did in the general election. Won three elections in a short time!

Just like arrogant Lois Lerner going after TParty peeps. Just sickening that the left can break the law and NO ONE in DC cares. My theory is that the SWAMP GOPe LOVES the result of Walker’s John Doe (Paul Ryan’s state) and the fact that the IRS burned to the ground any T Party group that applied for tax exempt #.

Soooooooo disgusting. Now you think Trump research didn’t see that Wisconsin was IN play for him in November 2016?

Another helluva pinpoint operation to protect the no-doubt-ongoing illegal operation by another group of corrupt partisans.

It sounds like the WIDoJ Has a lot in common with the Federal DOJ and the FBI.

In Wisconsin, a "John Doe" investigation is similar to a grand jury. The process is supposed to be completely air tight and nobody is allowed to speak to the media about who is being investigated or for what potential crime the "John Doe" investigators are looking into.

The two investigations that were being conducted leaked like a sieve including one of the parties involved in the investigation feeding all sorts of details to The Guardian.

It all blew up after Walker was elected for the third time, when a republican assembly and senate took over, along with a majority on the state supreme court. The Democrat lead investigation (John Doe) team were told to stop and then the newly elected attorney general began his digging. This was the biggest witch hunt in state history. I know a few people who were involved and was afraid to even talk to them for fear that I'd find my computer, iphone, ipad and any other informationi confiscated. These guys were acting like rogue agents.
