They need the citizens to fund one more Leftist pie in the sky boondoggle.
They seem to go back and forth every 6 months from being broke to being “flush with cash”...

It will never be used to build a road. They will tell the taxpayers they are lockboxing it and in year two it will go into the general fund. Then five years from now they will say there is no money to fix the roads.
