I wonder if Mexifornia would be upset if I took a day trip to LA, bought a forged Mexican Matricular ID card and always traveled there to get lifesaving surgeries? I mean, they will do it for Mexican nationals who don't pay tax so why not for Americans from out-of-state?

State picks up the tab for illegal immigrant health care, the hospitals give large sums to dem lawmakers for their campaigns.
What's not to like?
Just another way the lawmakers and unions get to sit around the table and decide how to spend tax payer monies.
They do the same for schools.

Your mother can legally donate a lot of her income to a charity and be totally broke. Set up a family charitable foundation like the Clintons and have your mother donate her entire income to it. Then use the extra money to pay for her extra expenses. A tax lawyer is the best money you will ever spend.
The fly in the ointment is that it has to be an IRS “qualified charitable organization” so maybe forming your own church is the way to go.

That billion dollars only is intended to cover 2 million illegals.
Considering they already drain legal residents for over 10 billion a year in general services; including but not limited to education,health,prisons, etc., what a deal.
makes them strawberries and grapes melt in your mouth, huh?

Prop 187 and it's demise..was one of the reason's my family and I moved from the state.
My wife and I were both native Californian's.
We moved to Oklahoma...and made good money....
Our two children are professionals living in OK and TX....and making very good livings.
None of that state income is going to California.
