I occasionally watch ‘Live PD’ on Friday & Saturday nights on the A & E channel. I notice that whenever a citizen offers to shake a cop’s hand, the cops alway do a fist bump instead. ALWAYS! That’s a pretty good policy.

When I met the drummer of Anthrax last year, he offered a fist bump to my outreached hand. When I met the guitarist of Anthrax, he shook my hand.

FWIW, the drummer had an attitude while the guitarist (Scott Ian) was a class act. To be fair, I also bought Scott's book so maybe the money-to-disease ratio was right while Charlie (the drummer) didn't get any money - I was just thanking him for his music.

Of course, some FReepers may wonder why would any person want to shake the hands of ANYONE in a band called Anthrax.
