What’s your point. Mine is that the California taxpayer is the ultimate party being sued in this action.

From the article:

“The suit was filed by Public Counsel, a pro bono law firm, and Morrison & Foerster, against the State of California”

or in plain English the California taxpayer.

Obviously you still have not read the part describing the suit.

Education starts at home. If the kids don’t mind mama, then why shut up, sit down and mind the teacher. If mama, and papa is nowhere in the picture, doesn’t make sure little Juan and Dashauna don’t get up in the morning and get to school, then the kids are out roaming the streets selling themselves and drugs and joining gangs. If mama isn’t there to make sure they do their homework, it won’t get done.

It’s not just CA, Baltimore has been in the news due to their students not being able to read or do basic math.

I don’t disagree with pathetic government mismanagement, but Teacher unions in California are beyond powerful. Along with nurse’s, prison guards, and first responders unions.

They own the legislature and the democrat party in CA.

Again you have no point. Please elucidate if possible. My point is a suit against the state, any department of the state, any employee or official of the state will be payed for in defense or settlement by the state. The state being the citizen taxpayers.

You are already paying ... for a broken system. Thus suit seeks to fix that.

It's a snap shot of the future of our nation.

Freedom won't be lost in a civil war. It will be lost in the voting booth.

The “fix” will be more money put into the system.
