In 1997, I joined the production team of Charlie Rose’s popular interview show. I was the only black journalist on staff. At the time, there was little to no recognition of what it meant to be black and female in a workplace dominated by white men. Twenty years later, in this watershed moment of examination and reckoning as one powerful white man after another is disgraced following allegations of sexual misconduct ranging from harassment to assault, we’re still not talking about the ramifications for black women—or the broader connection to structural racism in America.

If they don’t file as female, then men will have to view them anyway to “level the playing field”.
Years ago one of my sons bought some packs of MLS cards (baseball cards for soccer); they tucked some women in there from whichever of their three recent leagues were functioning at the time. If they couldn’t make women’s soccer popular, they were still going to get fans of real soccer to subsidize it...
BTW: Two of those leagues folded fairly quickly; like black porn, there just isn’t much demand.

I wouldn’t hit on her even during my “not that picky days””. Why? She is not my type and yes most men have a type.
Bill Clinton should be asked how many black, Hispanic, homosexual, and transsexual people he slept with. We need to know if he is a racist or homophobe.
