I guess the New World Order made him an offer he couldn’t refuse.
Their pizza isn’t good anyway.
Maybe he start a company that makes an edible pizza.
You know, with better ingredients and crap.
If they were smart (they’re not), they’d see your feedback and realize they are in the process of sinking their company. It won’t recover.
If I owned a Papa John’s franchise, I’d sell it ASAP for whatever price I could get. It won’t be worth anything in a year or two.
pizza stone
pizza peel
parchment paper
semolina flour or fine cornmeal
king arthur flour “light as air” pizza crust recipe
don pepinos sauce
your choice of toppings
#noPapaJohns
Two can play that game.
“Buy our pizza..... because we aren’t Little Ceasar’s.”
or,..
“Skimpy ingredients, ...lousy pizza.”
You do know he was talking about the NFL leadership, right?
Done with Papa’s!
Absolutely! It shows the anthem protestors and NFL hierarchy is stronger.
What a bad message to be sending.
John Papajohn needs to do a new pizza enterprise and get some high dollar conservative investors and beat the pants off the old pizza corporation.
Papa dont preach.
Schnatter owns roughly 25% of Papa Johns, and will stay on as chairman after stepping down as CEO in January.
It's as good of an excuse as any, but maintaining his chairmanship ... lol, he probably wanted out as CEO cause that's an actual 9-5 24/7 job. So don't boycott Papa Johns on account of this.
This country has too many “wishy washy’s”. We need more standing up for principles and sticking with it!
Sounds intriguing
Thank you.

This guy initially came out against the kneelers then walked it back. Had he stayed true to his convictions he would have seen the results in higher sales. Heck, I even bought a couple of their lousy pizzas. Once he waivered he was toast. Bad pizza, might as well buy one of the old Chef Boyardee boxes.
The press sank him.
Papa John’s was closely affiliated with the NFL and when NFL attendance tanked so did Papa John’s sales. He pointed it out and Pizza Hut said their sales were not down. Duh, Pizza Hut wasn’t tied to the NFL but the press didn’t cover the distinction. They said he was making excuses and he backtracked. He should have stuck to his guns.
Easy Peasey !
I do understand the business aspect of remaining ‘neutral’, but once a statement is made, walking it back serves no useful purpose. It won’t win over any lefties and you lose many of those who admired you for taking a stand.
Papa J would have fared better had he stood firm. Still think he is a decent guy with good values but he made a mistake in this instance.
