My brother lived down there in Clarksville when the mess of rebuilding the bridge began. He was disabled. I really do think it’s part of his passing away younger than he had to when access to care and accomplishing normal daily activities got impossibly disrupted.

Bridges used to be fairly cheap, until the ADA went into effect.....................
